    Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing the adoption of CloudFront, Amazon Web Services’ CDN offering? Do you have the business savvy and technical background necessary to help establish Amazon as a key CDN provider? As an Renewal Manager for CloudFront, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of our established CDN technology. Your responsibilities will include driving process to ensure successful renewal of existing contracts in place. The ideal candidate will posses both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. He/she should also be a self starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a process to streamline our renewal strategies to ensure a successful result.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute process to ensure smoother and automated approach for renewal revenue
    • Work with Enterprise reps to ensure a collaborative approach to successful process innovation
    • A proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improved sales productivity and performance
    • Ability to communicate the business value and/or ROI of installed and proposed program solutions
    • Ability to operate independently with minimum supervision
    • Excellent written, analytical and business development skills
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Meet or exceed quarterly renewal targets

    Basic Qualifications

    • 3+ years of technology related sales or business development experience
    • BA/BS degree or the equivalent relevant experience
    • Proven track record of dealing with customers within a SAAS(Software as a Service) environment
    • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com, SharePoint)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience managing self to attain daily metrics – including alerting and gauging process changes, outbound customer calls, revenue attainment metrics
    • 3-5+ years of Sales of direct selling in the CDN space
    • Representative development to a high level of technical and business acumen
    • Salesforce.com experience in pipeline reporting and activity management dashboards
    • Building a long term process to ensure successful customer lifecycle management
    • Effective coaching and people management skills
