We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented Editorial Program Manager to help enrich the experience of Amazon Alexa customers.

    The Editorial Program Manager is responsible for developing delightful, engaging and witty content that supports Alexa experience in JP. The successful candidate will work cross functionally with product managers, user interface designers, marketing managers, and our development team. The individual will analyze the customer behavior and create the content plan working with other Editorial program manager. He/She will serve as the liaison between marketing and the product management team and will support the successful launches of new customer features.

    Besides having first-class written and verbal communication skills, this content manager will be detail oriented, extremely organized and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities in order to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a healthy appetite for new technologies; will be innovative, internally motivated, self-directed, and willing to help execute top-notch content to achieve business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Develop content plan
    - Develop content work flow with internal and external team
    - Develop reporting to analyze the contents performance across multiple dimensions and make recommendations for improving engagement
    - Data analysis
    - Improving more scalable content producing process

    This role is based in Tokyo, Japan and requires native-speaking level proficiency in Japanese.

    Basic Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
    · 5+ years’ experience in editing/writing customer facing content.
    · Proficient using CMS tools and other content creation tools.
    · Native-speaking level proficiency in Japanese, working-level proficiency of English.
    · Experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
    · Proven ability to use metrics and data to drive decision making.
    · Ability/willingness to learn new technologies
