To support our growth momentum, the AWS Recruiting team is seeking talented, customer-focused senior recruiters to identify and assess top talents across the Japan/Asia region. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to provide guidance on addressable talent pools and market conditions, create customized sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and source top candidates for complex technical roles.
Responsibilities · Collaborate and work with experienced team of Recruiters/Sourcers to help support the hiring demand of our rapidly growing businesses · Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders · Drive recruiting initiatives and simplification, and contribute to increase team productivity while providing the best recruiting support · Support and drive the roadmap and work with global teams to make sure we are aligned in how we support the global AWS businesses and recruiting teams · Drive the best possible candidate and referee experience, delivering on key internal SLA’s
Solid track record in corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing and generating candidates
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
Experience managing and prioritizing recruitment and client relationships.
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, candidate management, and diversity sourcing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
