Amazon is looking for a motivated individual with strong program management skills and leadership experience to join our Supplier Friendly Inbound management. Key Responsibilities are 1)grasp the pains for current Amazon’s inbound requirements for suppliers, 2) Cooperate/work with the SCM team to derive solutions or services, 3)introduce to supplier and launch the solutions or services, 4) build a long-term plan to expand business with cost optimization at both Amazon and suppliers in a scalable way. This role requires working with business teams, SCM team and Finance across the company to 1)define the opportunities, requirements, high level process solutions, 2)leading cross-functional business and managing the timelines for field operations teams to support project launches, 3) review the financial result. Keys to success in this role include great analytic skills, judgment, communication skills and ability to see the big picture. The candidate needs to be able to extract insights from data, understand where actions need to be undertaken to improve performance and processes, and be able to communicate clearly appropriate triggers and actions. This position involves regular communication with senior managements on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
1) 5+ years of demonstrated quantitative and qualitative experience with demonstrated impact to a business, a track record of creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes. 2) Experience with supply chain management concepts - optimization, and logistics - gained through work experience. 3) Program management experience 4) The role requires effective communication with senior management as well as with colleagues from operations and business backgrounds. 5) Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel. 6) English Skill (Reporting and Communication)
