We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer service focused Client Success Manager with media experience that will work hand in hand with the team in Japan. The Client Success Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support sales in meeting its objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients, both internal and external. Light travel may be required.
Responsibilities ● Be main client facing point of contact for post-sale campaigns to ensure smooth execution and delivery ● Provide highest level of customer service to clients ● Manage post-sale campaigns from insertions Order to final reporting ● Process IO into Order Management System ● Verify accuracy of Internal IO and Client Insertion Order ● Work closely with the client to answer questions regarding the campaign and collect assets ● Collaborate with Ad Operations to ensure delivery, audit and troubleshoot live campaigns ● Provide clients with consistent reporting and delivery analysis ● Keep Sales apprised of all key issues, updated and relevant data throughout campaign process ● Work with Custom Solutions team on custom campaigns ● Work with Finance team on any new client approvals
● Online media experience, ideally in management of digital advertising campaigns ● Works in a team oriented, high-energy environment with minimal supervision ● Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills in Japanese and English ● Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and though the proper escalation process ● Excellent collaboration skills ● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Salesforce
● Understanding of video gaming industry ● Previous media agency or ad sales company experience ● Salesforce and adserver familiarity
