    Amazon Media Group (AMG) では、キャンペーン&クリエイティブマネジメント (Campaign & Creative Management (CCM)) の日本チームを統括するマネジャーを募集しています。チームの CCM (Campaign & Creative Manager) メンバーは、AMG の営業 (Account Executive)、メディア プランナー (Account Manager) と連携しながら Amazon.co.jp に掲載される各種デジタル広告キャンペーンの広告審査、クリエイティブ制作ディレクションを担っています。キャンペーン目標・戦略に則った広告表現を追究し、過去のクリエイティブパフォーマンスデータから、最適なクリエイティブのアドバイスや制作進行をおこなっていくためのチーム作り、プロセス構築をリードいただきます。また、Amazon.co.jp におけるリテール ビジネスの理解に基づいたキャンペーンの実行についても責任を負います。さらに、日本チームの代表として US、Canada、EU各国と協業しながらグローバルでの CCM の運営にも携わっていただきます。

    AMG is looking for a Manager for our Campaign & Creative Management (CCM) Japan team. This leader will drive ease of doing business for our advertisers by leading a team of Campaign & Creative Managers and working closely with CCM teams in the US, Canada, and EU locales. Campaign & Creative Managers are a key member of the Amazon Advertising team and are responsible for managing campaign production and creative strategy. You will partner closely with sales, account management and design leadership to deliver results that matter to our advertisers. You will have direct accountability for continuously improving advertiser satisfaction and efficiency of our teams. You will establish partnerships with our product managers and provide actionable input to product roadmaps to help scale our business.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Experience directly managing account managers or operations professionals; including but not limited to experience hiring, terminating, coaching, growing and mentoring
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
    • Project management skills
    • People management experience with 10+ members
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Fluent in both Japanese and English (mandatory)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5+ years of people management experience
    • 5+ years in a strategic client services role
    • 5+ years of global project experience
    • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred; MBA is a plus
    • Understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics
    • Proven track record of driving process and tool improvements that improve operational scale and productivity
    • Proven ability to influence others across the organization
    • Experience using and communicating performance metrics
    • Ability to drive cross-team partnerships and initiatives
    • Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
    • Proven record of attracting, retaining and growing exceptional teams
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
