As Site Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for driving customer engagement with Prime Video’s expanding product range by delivering a best in class content experience for customers across all our device platforms. You will co-ordinate the execution of daily new Movie and TV content launches, as well as crafting plans for targeting and launching seasonal promotional campaigns, developing messaging, content segmentation, and customer segmentation strategies to help our customers discover Movies and TV shows they’ll love.
You’ll be a passionate advocate of Prime Video’s best-in-market digital video subscription and transactional content selection, with an eye for compelling merchandising, an aptitude for data analysis, and a passion for continuous content testing and process improvements. You will hold a high bar for measurement of merchandising activities, and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes, providing regular reports to senior stakeholders. You will also contribute to the development and testing of innovative new global digital product features. In this position you will work closely with many internal teams and across multiple functional areas including product management, client teams and marketing.
In addition to ongoing activity, there is a large focus on building for the future and you will pioneer the automation and scaling of your merchandising activities. You will produce documents and analysis to drive technical teams’ roadmaps and feature sets to support Amazon Video globally. You’ll also be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically – you will both create and negotiate plans but also execute.
Fluent in English and Japanese

Ability to prioritise workload and deliver results against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail
Solid product/digital marketing experience, preferably some in content management
Confidence in communicating both internally and externally
Able to analyze data quantitatively using metrics to back up assumptions and identifying opportunities
Advanced experience of analytical tools e.g. Excel
Experienced with A/B testing and statistics
Familiar with HTML and/or website content management systems
