Amazon.co.jp is looking for a self-motivated and experienced online marketing manager to join the Seller Services division.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Seller Services team as sales of products sold by merchants represent a significant portion of total units sold in Amazon.co.jp, and the Seller Services is growing at a faster rate than our Retail business.
The role will focus on acquiring new merchants to sell on Amazon.co.jp and supporting the merchants that are selling on Amazon.co.jp ramping up their operation in Amazon.co.jp with online marketing initiatives such as website management, driving relevant traffic to the websites and email campaign management.
Not only planning, creating email campaigns, directing website design, extracting data from database for marketing analysis are necessary in this position. Also, the person in this position needs to be fluent in both Japanese and English as interaction with multiple teams across Amazon’s global organization are necessary.
We are looking for a person who has been working as an Online Marketing Manager especially for customer acquisition and customer retention working closely with Sale team, Legal team, Development team and external parties to build new products or systems. Proven ability of marketing analysis, project management and communication are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES: · Strategy planning, execution and analysis of online marketing initiatives for driving the acquisition of new merchants through online registration (Self Service Registration) and the performance of these merchants · Automation, creating a mechanism and streamlining marketing initiatives · Reporting, marketing analysis and data extraction from a data warehouse
· Deep knowledge of online marketing methods, tools and strategies · Strong skills to coordinate projects with global teams · 5+ years of online marketing experience · Business English Fluency (written and verbal communications) and Native Japanese Fluency · Strong communication skills to communicate with merchants and internal teams · Strong data analytical skills using database tools and MS Excel (formulas and pivot tables), and ability to provide fact-base recommendations ----------------------------------- · オンラインマーケティングの手法、ツールや戦略に関する深い知識 · 社内の様々な関係部署との調整・交渉、また協力して業務を行う能力 · 最低5年のオンラインマーケティングの業務経験 · 高い英語のコミュニケーション能力（文章能力・会話能力） · 出品者様や社内のメンバーとコミュニケーションをとるために必要な高いコミュニケーション能力 · エクセルを使ったデータ分析 (vlookup・if関数・ピボット)のスキルと根拠に基づく判断力
