The Custom Solution & Sponsorship Team is focused on developing new and innovative solutions to help our customers engage with brands in ways that enhance their experience of Amazon's consumer products and services.
Custom Solution is a program that provides one-to-one marketing solution for advertising partners needs by engaging with variety of Amazon services or product offering to our customer. Our proposal should enhance Amazon customer experience, meeting high customer experience bar and most importantly “WOW” both advertiser and customer with innovative solution.
Sponsorship is a great opportunity for advertisers to align with the Amazon brand during our key seasonal shopping events. Our team manages tie-up advertising program together with internal stakeholders.
We are looking for a Program Manager who is motivated to drive both Custom Solution and Sponsorship program to support our JP business.
This person will be responsible for delivering custom advertising propositions by identifying customer engagement opportunities across Amazon’s users journeys; and by partnering with creative / product / account experts to provide solutions that deliver superior advertiser performance while delighting our customers.
- Engage with Sales / Retail / Design / Product teams and Sales management to deliver unique opportunities for our advertising partners, and be the Point of Contact for any question around the proposed solutions.
-Constantly develop and vet new advertising product innovations that are outside of our standard product card.
-Respond quickly and thoroughly to requests for new advertising concepts that can be delivered rapidly to meet advertiser needs.
-Attend client meetings to help assess goals, objectives and asks in terms of advertising solutions. Succinctly summarize findings, distribute to the cross-functional team (advertising, product, creative) to drive forward required solutions.
-Drive solution requirements definition, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development and any needed testing.
-Secure scoping, scheduling and feature prioritization across multiple products and feel comfortable working with technical teams to make decisions about complex problems.
-Create and drive local market repeatable processes for advertising solutions that reduce friction for advertisers and ensures high-quality customer experience for our consumers.
-Support the advertising org and customers to ensure our product offering continues to evolve and improve.
-Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
-Develop overall solution plans that meet operational requirements, project manage the execution of custom advertising solutions and ensure that stakeholders have all the inputs required for flawless delivery of these custom solutions.
-Present confidently to Amazon senior management, external clients, and other large audiences.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record on developing non-standard advertising solutions or project management experience with consumer-facing solutions or products.
