The Sell On Amazon Program enables merchants to create product catalogs and sell on Amazon. From its start in Apr. 2007, many Sellers have launched on Amazon and have contributed to growing our selection for our Customers.
This role is responsible for leading the search, assessment, and analysis for sales leads (prospective Seller list) based on information obtained from various systems, offline sources and internal teams, and providing our sales teams with high quality sales leads. This role is also expected to lead the pipeline management of the sales teams and the establishment/improve efficient lead generation process.
Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Manage a team of around 5 people, with responsibility in hiring, people growth, providing technical support to your team members 2) Run / improve operations of Seller lead generation and lead/opportunity creation process in SalesForce 3) Establish / improve lead prioritization method based on business impact estimation through data analysis and regression analysis 4) Pipeline management of sales teams 5) Negotiation and coordination with stakeholders 6) Determine and communicate lead generation system requirements to development teams in the U.S. and India 7) Metrics management and reporting to leadership 8) Support sales teams 9) Market research
・ 2+ years' experience managing a team (4-5 members or more) ・ Business English fluency (written and verbal communications) and Native level Japanese Fluency ・ Proven data analysis and quantitative skills (includes advanced ability to use tools such as Excel) including Macros, Pivot Tables and V-Lookups ・ Sales Operations experience ・ Experience in establishing / PDCA operation process.
・ Experience with regression analysis, SQL, VBA programming a plus. ・ Sales or sales lead generation / management experience a plus ・ Technology knowledge and experience is a plus ・ Ability to multitask (handle multiple projects at the same time) ・ Excellent communication skills to negotiate & coordinate with stakeholders
