AMS (Amazon Marketing Services: is a new self-service advertising platform for brands selling on Amazon. With CPC search and display advertising products, AMS helps brands reach their target audience and increase their presence and sales on The team to support this fast-growing new business is expanding and we are searching for a dynamic leader with strong ownership and analytical skills.

We are hiring dynamic and talented Key Account Managers to support advertiser engagement on Amazon performance advertising. Your mission is to help top advertisers and their agencies to be more effective in using AMS and grow the business in doing so. You will also be able to share best practices with counterparts based in Seattle HQ and EU. Along with the team’s fast growth, you will have opportunities to evolve and build your career in digital advertising.

You will serve as an expert to increase your clients’ knowledge of the platform, providing account and campaign level reporting, general consultation and training, best practices and concrete advice based on data analysis. You will meet with your clients and agencies on a regular basis to run PDCA cycles to improve their performance.

Consequently, we are searching for someone who thinks strategically but is also very hands-on and executes with high standards. キー・アカウント・マネージャーは、大手の広告主向けのエンゲージメント・チームのキーになる一員として、トップ アカウントと広告代理店に対してAMSのコンサルテーションを実行します。アカウントまたはキャンペーンレベルの分析を行い、最適化を図るためのレコメンデーションを行います。

US本社に直接レポートし、Amazonのセルフサービスの広告ソリューションの更なる成長を目指す新しい部署です。Amazon Media Group Japanの営業担当者やリテール部門の担当者、または他国のエンゲージメント担当者と連携して、お客様の満足度と売上促進を目指します。

Basic Qualifications

- University graduate
- Native Japanese and business English
- Understanding and work experience in digital advertising/marketing
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Good communication skills to clients
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of work experience in search/display advertising, in a media agency or publisher as account manager, or as B2B marketing manager in the digital or IT industry
- Experience with search advertising platform like Google AdWords and online tracking tools like Google Analytics
- MBA, fluent English
- SQL, HTML or other data extraction skills.
