Job Description

Driving Consumables Private Brands is a critical area within Amazon. Do you want to be key team member tasked with ensuring program success? This is a big challenge, but also a fantastic opportunity to take on a critical and highly visible role to drive results for the private brands team. The Amazon Consumables Private Brands team is creating a global portfolio of premium consumables products to meet Prime customers' daily needs. We seek a highly motivated Marketing Manager to build out scalable marketing solutions in a high-growth, fast paced environment, driving customer acquisition and retention for private brand consumables products. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive efficient growth for our products. The role will require knowledge of a wide range of marketing disciplines including direct response, affiliate marketing, non-traditional marketing, and online merchandising. The Marketing Manager will be required dive deep into marketing analytics to make optimization recommendations and think big about scalable marketing solutions. A successful candidate for this role is an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen. It is important to be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines. The candidate must also have proven data analysis skills and success increasing customer discovery and adoption of new products in a competitive market--as well as be a passionate advocate for customers, their on-site experience, and their ongoing interaction with Amazon.

Main responsibilities:
· Build out channel marketing strategies that maximize traffic and conversion
· Flawlessly execute marketing campaigns, running A/B tests to optimize creative and campaign targeting
· Partner with internal traffic teams to build out scalable direct response marketing solutions
· Evolve and manage the customer life cycle management program, including email marketing
· Own the planning and execution of new marketing platform opportunities that will drive long-term success
· Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting
· Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase teams effectiveness against marketing goals
· Own reporting of key business metrics to the broader organization.

Basic Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or project management
· Demonstrated experience using analytical skills including the ability to use customer research and data to develop marketing strategies · Excellent project management skills, including work prioritization and project planning
· Strong leader who can communicate clearly across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to influence others
· Superior verbal and written communication skills
· Proven track record collaborating successfully with internal teams and delivering results
· Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
· Strong intuition for understanding UX and customer messaging; able to harmonize customer experience across multiple channels and marketing vehicles

Preferred Qualifications

· Proven experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
· Track record of managing and optimizing online traffic growth from multiple sources including, direct traffic, SEO, search marketing, banner ads, affiliates, social, and email
· Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term results.
· Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
