Amazon.co.jpでは、急速なビジネスの拡大、サービスの拡張に伴い、HR Business Partner (HRBP)を募集しています。
「セラーサポート」と呼ばれる出品者様向けビジネスのサポートを行う部署のHRBPのポジションです。数百名規模の従業員の担当人事となり、HR Managerへレポートします。
オペレーショナルな人事ではなく、ビジネス戦略に合わせた人事戦略を構築し、スピードのあるビジネスを人事の観点からサポートする人事のスペシャリストを探しています。
具体的には、セラーサポートでは数百名規模の社員がセラー様(出品者様)からの電話対応を行っています。社員は、お客様であるセラー様からの問い合わせに対して、ご満足いただける対応をすることが求められています。お客様のためにも社員のやる気、モチベーションを上げ、健全な職場環境を維持することが求められます。
そのためにHRBPは日々の業務に起こる様々なことに対して、適正に判断、行動することが求められます。また、人の育成、教育、人の配置、組織作り、レポートラインの変更等ビジネスリーダーと一緒に考え推進していきます。

Amazon.co.jp is seeking a highly organized, efficient, creative, and forward-thinking HRBP to join our Seller Business HR team. The candidate is to be based in Sapporo or Tokyo( with frequent business trips to Sapporo). Reporting to the HR Manager, Seller Support & TRMS. You will partner actively with the Site Leader and the managers in the site. In this role you will need to interface effectively with professionals at all levels.


Responsibilities include:
  • Covers Seller Support business mainly, but serves as a point of contact for all Corp CTS employees for employee engagement
  • Serves as a career consultant for employee and promote self-career development culture
  • Lead investigations for ER issues and inappropriate operation issue under HR manager’s guidance
  • Support HR manager to facilitate C&P and lead pre-C&P for L3 and L4 employees.
  • Track Amazon Connection result and supports employee engagement activities and retention issues for Seller Support
  • Provides guidance and support to managers on performance related matters
  • May provide routine trainings re coaching/leadership
  • Provides data to support sourcing strategies
  • Understands, collects data and pulls reports from HR tools, may key in/maintain data in system
  • Applies deep understanding of Amazon policies and services available to employees
  • Applies deep understanding of shift working system

Basic Qualifications


語学力:日本語(英語ができれば尚可、意欲ある人歓迎)


· Bachelors Degree

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make best use of limited resources
· Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical capability.
· Candidate could be located in Tokyo, but would be supporting Sapporo so frequent business trips will be necessary.
